Kirah (kirah.ai) is a product of Aklilu Solutions LLC ("we," "us"). We provide an AI-powered booking and business-management platform for local service businesses. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to kirah.ai, business sites hosted on our platform, and our SMS and voice booking services.

Information we collect

Booking information — your name, email address, phone number, and the appointment details you provide when booking with a business that uses Kirah.
Messages — the contents of SMS, chat, or voice booking conversations you have with a business's Kirah-powered assistant, used to complete your request.
Business account information — name, email, and business details provided by business owners who use Kirah to run their operations.
Usage data — standard technical information (such as pages visited and device type) used to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

To create, confirm, remind about, reschedule, and cancel appointments you request.
To respond to your messages and questions within a booking conversation.
To provide business owners with the tools to manage their own bookings and clients.
To operate, secure, and improve the platform.

What we do not do

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with the service providers required to operate the platform (such as our messaging, telephony, payment, and hosting providers), only to deliver the service you requested — for example, sending your booking confirmation.

SMS communications

If you text a business's booking number, we use your phone number and messages solely to carry out that conversation — checking availability, booking, confirming, reminding, rescheduling, or canceling. Data retention & your choices

We retain booking records for as long as needed to provide the service to you and the business you booked with. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@kirah.ai.
