Kirah

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 22, 2026

Kirah (kirah.ai) is a product of Aklilu Solutions LLC ("we," "us"). We provide an AI-powered booking and business-management platform for local service businesses. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to kirah.ai, business sites hosted on our platform, our SMS and voice booking services, and requests sent to Kirah by third-party AI assistants or plugins.

Information we collect

How we use it

Third-party AI assistants and plugins

You may choose to use an independent AI assistant or plugin to search Kirah businesses, check availability, or—on a separately connected Kirah surface that supports it—request a booking. That assistant is a separate service governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Kirah receives only the information the assistant sends to perform the requested action. Do not place payment-card details, passwords, or authentication secrets in an AI conversation. If an intake form on a booking-capable surface asks for health-related information, the AI service may also process your answer under its own terms and privacy policy before sending it to Kirah.

Kirah's agent-gateway telemetry is deliberately limited. It records operational fields such as the requested action, result, reported client channel, and an applicable business identifier. It does not store the natural-language search query, location text, or a client's name, email, or phone number in those telemetry events. When a location must be resolved for proximity search, Kirah may send the location text to a geocoding service provider solely to resolve that request.

Public directory plugin

Kirah's publicly listed directory plugin is an informational discovery surface. It searches eligible business catalogs and displays matching services, business-published provider profile information (such as provider name, bio, and supported services), and business-published current availability. Businesses may update this published information over time. It does not create, reschedule, or cancel an appointment; collect booking contact information or intake answers; or initiate a deposit, payment, or checkout. The plugin may receive a coarse location hint supplied by the AI service, such as city, region, and country. It does not request precise GPS coordinates or a street address from the AI service.

Directory search constraints and the coarse location hint are processed for the current request and are not durably stored by Kirah after that request finishes. The directory endpoint does not add the coarse location or its geocoding result to Kirah's reusable geocoder cache. A geocoding provider may process the coarse place name under its own privacy and retention terms.

Kirah's website, hosted business sites, and separately connected private tools may offer additional booking capabilities. Those are distinct from the public directory plugin and remain covered by the other sections of this policy.

Businesses you book with

Kirah shares the booking details needed to provide the appointment with the Kirah business you select. That business is independently responsible for the service it provides and may have its own privacy practices and appointment policies. Required intake responses are available only to the selected business through its supported Kirah management surface and to Kirah service personnel when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or support the Service.

Payments

If a business requires a deposit, an AI assistant receives a Kirah-hosted payment link rather than your card details. Payment-card information entered on the Kirah payment page is processed by our payment provider. Kirah may receive a transaction identifier, amount, status, and limited payment metadata needed to reconcile the payment and complete the booking. The AI assistant receives the hosted link and the payment or booking outcome, not your payment-card details.

ChatGPT advertising measurement

When a prospective business owner arrives from a ChatGPT ad, Kirah keeps first-party campaign identifiers and records account milestones such as completed registration, beginning early access, the first successful booking, and a confirmed paid subscription. This helps us compare advertising delivery with real product outcomes.

OpenAI measurement is optional. Kirah asks before loading the OpenAI Measurement Pixel or sending server-side conversion events. If allowed, Kirah may send the original opaque ad referral identifier, the type and time of a conversion, a stable event ID used to prevent duplicates, and—in the case of a purchase—the plan and amount. We mark these events as opted out of future user-level personalization. We do not send ChatGPT conversation text, client booking details, intake answers, health information, SOAP notes, or the contents of owner/client messages for advertising measurement.

Depending on the OpenAI Pixel settings associated with our advertising account, automatic advanced matching may hash supported account identifiers in your browser after you consent. Raw values are not sent through that feature. You can decline or revoke OpenAI measurement at any time using the “Ad measurement” control shown on Kirah after an attributed visit. Revocation stops future events; it does not replay events that were previously blocked. Browser measurement stops immediately. Kirah also sends the revocation to its server; if the network is unavailable, the control says that the server update is pending and retries when connectivity returns.

What we do not do

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We do not sell your personal information.

We share data with service providers required to operate the platform (such as our messaging, telephony, payment, and hosting providers). With a prospective business owner's explicit choice, we also share the limited advertising-measurement data described above with OpenAI.

SMS communications

If you text a business's booking number, we use your phone number and messages solely to carry out that conversation — checking availability, booking, confirming, reminding, rescheduling, or canceling. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of messages; reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms & Conditions.

Data retention & your choices

The five-tool public directory does not collect booking, booking-contact, intake, deposit, or payment records. Those categories arise only on Kirah's separate booking-capable surfaces. The independent AI service, geocoding provider, hosting provider, and database provider may apply their own log or backup retention policies to data they process.

You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at admin@kirah.ai. We may need to verify the request. We will delete information earlier when a valid request applies, except where retention remains necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or honor a selected business's lawful recordkeeping obligations.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we process. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe a Kirah account, booking link, or integration has been misused, contact us promptly.
