Is Kirah reliable if it's still in early access?

Short answer: yes — early access means the price, not the plumbing. Kirah runs on the same production infrastructure serious software is built on (managed Postgres, a serverless backend, and Stripe for payments), with booking reconciliation and safeguards that guard against double-bookings and lost appointments. "Free during early access" describes the commercial stage, not the engineering maturity.

And the risk to you is deliberately low: it's free right now, there's no lock-in or long contract, your data is yours to export, and a real human — the founder — answers admin@kirah.ai. Early access is a reason it's free and improving quickly, not a reason your calendar is fragile.

Does Kirah integrate with the tools I already use, or is it rip-and-replace?

It integrates — it is not a closed island. Kirah connects to:

• Google Calendar — two-way sync, so appointments live where you already look.
• Google Business Profile — connected and kept current automatically (more on that below).
• Stripe — real payments, deposits, and no-show protection, on your own Stripe account.
• Your existing website — import from it during setup instead of starting from a blank page.
