These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kirah.ai, websites hosted by Kirah, Kirah's booking and business-management services, and Kirah tools used through third-party AI assistants or plugins (collectively, the "Service"). Kirah is a product of Aklilu Solutions LLC ("Kirah," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Kirah provides software that helps independent local businesses publish services, show availability, communicate with clients, and manage appointments. The business you choose—not Kirah—provides the appointment, sets its prices and policies, and is responsible for the quality, safety, licensing, and delivery of its services.
Demo businesses: A site marked as a demonstration business is not a real provider. Appointments created there are test appointments and are not real-world service commitments.
Availability can change between a search and a booking attempt. Merely viewing a time or receiving a payment link does not reserve it. A Kirah payment page may expressly show a temporary hold and its expiration; otherwise, a time is not reserved until Kirah confirms the appointment or, where required, the business approves it.
You may authorize an independent AI assistant to use Kirah on your behalf. Instructions and booking details that the assistant sends are treated as instructions supplied for your request. You remain responsible for reviewing material details and required confirmations. The assistant is a separate service governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
Kirah may use a request to identify and search for potentially relevant wellness services. Those results are options to consider, not a diagnosis, medical recommendation, or guarantee that a service will treat a condition. On Kirah surfaces that support booking, Kirah creates no booking until the user explicitly confirms the business, service, and time.
Some businesses require intake questions before booking. Answers may include wellness, health-related, or consent information and are shared with the selected business. Review each question and submit an answer only if you are authorized and choose to provide it. An AI assistant must not invent an intake answer or consent on your behalf.
Kirah Local Services, when obtained through the public ChatGPT plugin directory, is an informational discovery and availability service. It does not create, reschedule, or cancel appointments; collect booking contact information or intake answers; or initiate deposits, payments, or checkout. Booking-capable Kirah websites and private connections are separate surfaces and may require additional information, confirmation, and business-specific terms.
Businesses control service prices, deposit requirements, cancellation policies, refunds, and other appointment terms. If a deposit is required, Kirah provides a secure Kirah-hosted payment page. Never send card details through an AI conversation, SMS, or ordinary email.
Unless Kirah expressly states otherwise, payment disputes, service complaints, rescheduling, cancellations, and refund eligibility are governed by the selected business's policies. Kirah may assist with technical issues but does not override a business's lawful policies.
If a payment appears to complete but Kirah does not confirm the appointment, do not submit a second payment. Contact admin@kirah.ai so Kirah can investigate the payment and booking records and coordinate any applicable resolution with the business and payment provider.
Business users are responsible for keeping service descriptions, prices, schedules, provider information, policies, and account access accurate and current. Business users must have the rights and permissions needed for content, client information, connected calendars, phone numbers, payment accounts, and other systems they connect to Kirah.
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, evade rate limits, interfere with other users, introduce malicious content, scrape personal information, misrepresent a business, or use Kirah in violation of law. We may limit or suspend access reasonably believed to threaten the Service, businesses, clients, or third parties.
The Service may rely on or link to independent services such as payment processors, messaging providers, calendar providers, hosting services, geocoding providers, and AI assistants. Their availability and handling of information are governed by their own terms and policies.
We work to keep Kirah available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that every business or service will be discoverable, or that a requested appointment will remain available. We may improve, modify, limit, or discontinue features and will provide notice when reasonably required.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Kirah disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kirah and Aklilu Solutions LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Service. Kirah is not liable for the acts, omissions, services, policies, or disputes of an independent business or third-party service. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise. Disputes may be brought in any court having proper jurisdiction and venue under applicable law.
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the updated date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where additional notice or consent is required by law.
