Kirah connects Claude to participating local-service businesses. It can search published catalogs, check current availability, create a guest appointment after confirmation, report its status, show real reschedule options, move it, and cancel it when no refund or paid-plan credit is involved.
https://kirah.ai/api/mcp-claude-v1Read tools: search_businesses, find_available_services,
list_services, search_services, get_availability,
get_booking_status, and get_reschedule_options.
State-changing tools: create_booking, reschedule_booking, and
cancel_booking. Claude should ask for explicit confirmation before each change.
Kirah accepts no payment-card or bank credentials through MCP. A business that requires a deposit may return a secure Kirah-hosted continuation for the human. The connector itself does not charge, refund, or transfer money. It refuses a cancellation when that action could refund a charged deposit or restore a paid plan session; use the secure manage-booking link in that case.
A booking needs the contact details required to confirm the appointment. Some businesses also define intake questions that may include health, wellness, consent, or first-visit information. Kirah excludes contact and intake answers from booking-status responses and from its PII-free agent-gateway telemetry. Do not put card details, passwords, or authentication secrets in a Claude conversation.
Sample businesses used for testing are clearly labeled as demonstrations. They are not real providers and must not be presented as real inventory. Real-business searches do not silently add demo results.
