Describe and review your practice
The shortest path from an empty account to a booking site clients can use.
Before you begin
Have the essentials nearby: the services you want to offer, approximate durations and prices, the hours you normally take appointments, and the contact details clients should see. They do not need to be perfectly formatted.
Steps
- Describe your practice Say what you do, who you serve, and the feeling you want the practice to have.
- Build the first version Kirah turns that description into a live starter site.
- Review the facts Check the services, prices, hours, policies, location, and contact details exactly as a client will see them.
- Request corrections Tell Kirah what to change in plain language and verify the result.
What clients experience
Clients can open the Kirah address as soon as the site is built. They see one place to understand the practice, choose a service, and request or confirm a time according to the authority you have set.
Troubleshooting
The description produced the wrong tone
Correct it in the words you would use with a client: “Make this warmer and less clinical,” or “Use plain language and keep the service names exactly as written.”
A service or price is missing
State the missing fact directly. Review the complete services list again so related durations and prices remain aligned.
The first version is already live
That is the current setup flow. Review the site from My Site, ask for corrections in plain language, and use the change history or undo controls where they are available.
